1. SaaS Platform — No Source Code Transfer
EcoWeb operates as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. Your website is hosted, managed, and served by EcoWeb. The underlying source code, themes, infrastructure, and platform software are not included with your subscription and will not be transferred to you.
2. Prohibited Content
Any illegal, pornographic, adult, hateful, or policy-violating content will result in immediate suspension of your website without prior notice and without refund. EcoWeb reserves the right to terminate accounts at its sole discretion for violations of this clause.
3. Services Included
EcoWeb provides website hosting, domain management, pre-built themes, and support as described in your chosen plan. Any additional services — custom development, migrations beyond the free quota, priority support outside business hours — are billed separately.
4. Billing & Renewals
Your subscription runs on a monthly or annual billing cycle. Renewals are automatic unless cancelled at least 7 days before the next billing date. Failed payments may result in suspension after a 7-day grace period.
5. Refunds
Refunds are prorated based on usage. Partial-month cancellations are not refunded for the current billing cycle. For full refund policy details see our Refund Policy.
6. Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of the content you upload — images, text, branding, copy. EcoWeb retains ownership of the platform, themes, design templates, and infrastructure.
7. Data & Privacy
EcoWeb may use anonymized usage data to improve its service. No personally identifiable data is shared with third parties except trusted processors (payment gateway, SMS/WhatsApp provider, email provider) as required to deliver the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
8. Support Terms
Support response times, working hours (typically Mon–Sat 10am–6pm IST), and session quotas are defined per plan. Plan terms may change with 30-day notice to existing subscribers.
9. Communications
You agree to receive transactional WhatsApp / Email / SMS messages from EcoWeb related to your account (OTPs, billing, meeting confirmations). Marketing messages require your opt-in and can be stopped at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp or unsubscribing in email.
10. Changes to These Terms
EcoWeb may update these terms from time to time. You will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
EcoWeb's total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid in the previous 3 months of subscription. EcoWeb is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the state where EcoWeb is registered.
By signing up and using EcoWeb you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
Privacy Policy
Information We Collect
We collect the minimum information needed to deliver our service: your name, email, phone number, business name, billing address, and payment information. We also collect technical data like IP address, browser type, and usage patterns to improve the platform.
How We Use It
Your information is used only to: (a) deliver the service you signed up for, (b) send transactional messages (OTPs, billing, support), (c) improve the platform via anonymized analytics, and (d) comply with legal obligations.
Third-Party Processors
We share limited information with trusted processors: Razorpay (payments), sms9 / BotSailor (WhatsApp delivery), Cloudflare (security), and our email provider. These processors are contractually bound to use your data only for the services they provide to us.
Your Rights
You can request a copy of your data, correction of errors, or deletion of your account at any time by emailing our support team. We retain billing records for 7 years as required by Indian tax law.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on the platform.

Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of initial payment, provided the service has not been substantially used (no site published, no support sessions consumed beyond the trial quota).
Non-Refundable
- Completed support sessions
- Consumed support minutes
- Third-party domain purchases (we pass these through at cost)
- Subscriptions beyond the 7-day window
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal. The current billing period is not prorated unless a formal refund is granted under this policy.
Process
Email our support team with your order number and the reason for the refund request. We'll respond within 3 business days with a decision.
